At Bookletly, we strive to ensure our customers have a seamless and satisfying digital reading experience. As all our products are digital and non-returnable, we maintain a strict refund policy as outlined below:

1. No Refunds After Purchase
Once an ebook has been successfully purchased and the file delivered, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Accidental purchase

Purchasing the same ebook multiple times

Change of mind

Incompatibility with your device or software

Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

2. Exception – Faulty File
Refunds will only be issued if:

The ebook file is corrupted or unreadable

The issue is due to our system or file error, and not the user’s device/software

To process such a refund:

You must provide clear evidence (e.g., screenshot or screen recording)

Submit a request to our support team within 7 days of purchase

If the issue is verified, we will either:

Provide a corrected version of the file, or

Issue a full refund for that specific item

3. Sale/Discounted Products
Ebooks purchased with discounts, promotional pricing, or on sale are not eligible for refunds, even if the customer mistakenly buys the wrong version or purchases multiple copies.

4. How to Request a Refund

Your full name

Order number

Proof of issue (e.g., screenshot)

Description of the problem

We aim to respond within 3 business days.

5. Final Decision
All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Bookletly. Abuse of the refund policy may result in account suspension or refusal of future services.
